At HealthyCrave Cuisine – Eat Right, Live Bright, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our handcrafted snacks are made fresh and delivered with care. Here’s everything you need to know about our return, refund, and cancellation policies.

1. No Return on Perishable Products

Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of our healthy treats, we do not accept returns once a product is delivered, unless it is damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please email us at support@healthycravecuisine.com within 24 hours. Include your order ID, a brief description, and photos or videos. We’ll provide a refund or replacement after verification.

3. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours. We will verify and arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by calling us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX or emailing support@healthycravecuisine.com. Once processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For UPI/COD orders, we may request your bank details to complete the transfer.
